These Terms of Service govern your use of Raffiora websites, applications, APIs, and related services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred without authorization.

2. Service Description

Raffiora provides a digital raffle and operations platform that may include user accounts, raffle participation, internal point operations, support channels, and administrative controls.

3. Raffles, Internal Points, and Operational Rules

• Raffles are governed by their posted rules, timing, status, and eligibility conditions.
• Internal balances or points are platform instruments and are not bank deposits or legal tender.
• Transactions may be reviewed for fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance.

4. Acceptable Use

• You must comply with applicable law and these Terms when using the service.
• Prohibited behavior includes unauthorized access attempts, abuse automation, data scraping without authorization, impersonation, and manipulation of system outcomes.
• You may not interfere with service availability, integrity, or security controls.

5. Third-Party Services

Raffiora may integrate with third-party services, including Google Sign-In, Firebase/FCM, and YouTube API Services. Use of those features is also subject to the applicable third-party terms.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary, including for policy violations, security threats, fraud risk, legal requirements, or abuse of the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

Raffiora software, trademarks, branding, content, and service components are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No license is granted except as expressly provided.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raffiora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Raffiora harmless from claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms or service features for legal, technical, operational, or security reasons. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your jurisdiction.
